Description :

Les Oméga 3 sont des acides gras que l’on retrouve naturellement dans certains aliments. Notamment les noix, certaines huiles végétales, les œufs de poule, mais surtout les poissons gras. Il en existe de plusieurs formes, principalement l’acide alpha-linolénique. Mais aussi les EPA et DHA qui sont issus de la transformation de l’ALA par les animaux.
